Cancelations
NOTE: All cancelations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any cancelations received after product has been shipped will be processed as a return. To cancel your order, please email info@pureluxehome.com
Returns & Exchanges
Regular priced and sale items may be returned or exchanged witin 15 days of receipt if accompanied by the original or gift receipt and original undamaged packaging. Return shipping fees will apply. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Clearance items are final sale and are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. PureLuxe Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items damaged or misused by the customer and that are not in as-new condition. All products returned or exchanged must be unused and in the original packaging in order to obtain a full refund.
Defective or Damaged products
All products are inspected before shipping for any defects. If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, contact Customer Service immediately. If the product is not repairable, we will arrange for an exchange. We will ask for photos of the damange/defect in order to determine the next steps. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of the product. PureLuxe Home reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items damaged or misused by the customer and that are not in as-new condition.
